huinareNot the sharpest quality, as I took photos of the sketches with my mobile's camera, but I was really pleased with all three of these; not because they're technically the greatest, but because they captured very well the characters themselves. I find it very hard to evoke characters as I see them in my head, so this recent evening of drawing is one I count as successful.
Thuringwethil has given me a lot of trouble. I was happy when a decent characterization emerged in my mind in March, and that I was even able to draw it.
Draugluin, pretty much exactly how I envision in him in that thing I need to finish writing (except he seems to have gone a bit heavy on the eyeshadow here).
This makes me nostalgic for the era when I was writing about Valinor, and Everyone In Valinor Was Drunk with surprising frequency. The scene below never actually occurred, though Olórin did like encouraging Curumo to drink more.

It must've been, because I don't recall having mentioned that, haha. It actually started with Everyone On Almaren Is Drunk, and it was all downhill from there..
